Great food, and service. Out server was Tessa. She was helpful, friendly ans always smiling. She took the time to check to be sure all was going well for us. Couldn't ask for a better person. Thank you Tessa. We will be back.
This is the first Shoneys restaurant I have been to in 6 years and the service was great. Our waiter was Garrett, and he was so nice and was on top of things. We will definitely be back with the entire family next time
It has a variety of breakfast options on the buffet i loved it specially crunchy bacon biscuits and gravy oh my it was so goo... coffee was fresh and really tasty.. customer service was awsome and atmosphere is calm.
Think classic diner breakfast as fast you can get it in your belly everything was hot all selections needed for an indulgent A- star American breakfast
The food is great, no wait for seating or service. Our server Amanda was very nice and kind. Did periodic checks on us and cleaned the table and refilled our drinks while we were at the bar. So perfect social distancing. It's been a while since I've had service this good. I do like how they are requiring new gloves to the buffet that they provide for each trip to the bar. Its really peaceful here. Quiet and professional. Definitely a place I will be returning to.
The food is always delicious. The workers are nice. The bacon is nice and crispy (I'm all about that breakfast buffet). I honestly wish they could do a refresh of the lobby like many other local Shoneys have done. But we're lucky enough that they stay in business with how so many of the Knoxville locations have closed, so I'm not going to complain.
One of the best Shoney's I've been to! This Shoney's buffet has a nice selection of options, and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly, and there was no wait! Will be coming back to try this Shoney's next time I'm in Knoxville!
Crystal waited on us. My husband had the hot bar and I chose the hamburger steak with grilled onions and mushrooms. My meal came with soup, salad and hot vegetables. The bar was decorated for Christmas. All the food looked delicious. Crystal kept our drinks full and dirty plates off the table. She had a very friendly smile and seemed to enjoy her job. I love this location. Everything is always so clean. We will be back. Merry Christmas!
